d/o William Jackson and Beulah Ann Switzer Stanley. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons: Carl Underwood of Flippin, and Leonard Ray Underwood of Conway, Missouri; a daughter: Carmmalita Collins of Alpena; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Donnald O. Underwood, Jr. a daughter, Tammy Young; and a sister, Viola Neece; and one grandchild.
