John Raymond King, 62, of Rt. 6, El Dorado, died Thursday in a local hospital. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Emily King of El Dorado; a daughter, Mrs. Bettye Boothe of El Dorado; two sons, Gene R. King and Bobby Lynn King, both of El Dorado; one sister, Mrs. Dollie McManus of Thornton; and a brother, William F. King of Jersey, Ark. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the First United Penticostal Church, 1012 W. Second St. by the Rev. E. J. DeLuish. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery at Jersey by Bailey Funeral Home. (El Dorado Times - October 10, 1968)
