Lloyd L. Brammer, 80, of Kibler died Friday, Sept. 5, 2003, in a local hospital. He was a rancher and a retired international representative for the AFL & CIO. He attended Sunnyside Assembly Church. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Steward Cemetery in Alma. He is survived by a daughter, Phyllis Hamlin of Kibler; a son, Gary Brammer of Fort Smith; four sisters, Velma Smith of Mountainburg, Annale Peters of Rudy, Oletha Young of Tulsa and Edwina Ball of Fort Smith; a brother, Harlan Brammer of Alma; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Darrel Lewis, Steve and Neal Hamlin, Mike Brammer, Wayne Rankin and John Marley. The family will visit with friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International, P.O. Box 1751, Van Buren, AR 72957, or Steward Cemetery.
