Byrdia Kathryn Catton, 87, of Benton, passed away March 19, 2008. She was born September 4, 1920, to the late Ivory and Lillian Watson in Dallas County, Arkansas. She worked as an L.P.T.N. at the Benton Services Center until retirement. Kathryn was a member of the Temple Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James "Red" Catton.
Survivors, sons, James Hudson and wife, Kaye of Benton, Jerry Hudson and wife, Scila of Virginia Beach, Virginia, stepson, Jimmy Catton and wife, Sandra of Bryant, step daughter, Judy Ramsey of North Little Rock, brothers, Alfred Watson of Hot Springs and Morris Watson of Longview, Washington and sister, Gertrude Crowder and husband, Merle of Carthage, Arkansas, twelve grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Chapel services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2:00 p.m. Monday with Bro. Curtis Kyle officiating. Burial will be at New Rosemont Cemetery.
Visitation will be at Ashby Funeral Home Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
