BROGDON, Dee Jackson - Mrs. Dee Jackson Brogdon, aged sixty—four, wife of W.B. Brogdon, well known fruit man of Springdale, died at the family home at Springdale at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday morning. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Springdale Baptist Church of which Mrs. Brogdon had been an active member for many years, and interment made at Springdale. Mrs. Brogdon was born June 17th, 1862 at Gilmer, Texas and married to Mr. Brogdon in 1880 at Corsicana, Texas, moving to Springdale 38 years ago. She was the mother of seventeen children, fifteen of whom survive her. Besides her husband and children she is also survived by twenty—three grandchildren and by one brother.
