WALNUT RIDGE — Elmer Davis Jr. 70, of Walnut Ridge died Sunday, March 10, at his residence.
Arrangements will be announced by House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge.

Geneva Fern (Lewis) Davis
Geneva Fern Davis, 70, of Walnut Ridge, died Aug. 28, 2010, at St. Bernards in Jonesboro.
A lifelong resident of Walnut Ridge, she was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal belief.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Jr. Davis; two sisters, Mary Hayes and Paulette Dildine; and her parents.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Davis and wife Louise, Walnut Ridge, Ricky Davis, Florida, and Darrell Davis and wife Carmen, Lakeland, Fla.; two sisters, Willie Tyler, Hoxie, and Brenda Smith, Imboden; two brothers, Ricky Lewis, Black Rock, and Jr. Lewis, Ava, Mo.; two grandchildren, Angel Davis Penn and Kyle Davis; and two great-granddaughters.
Funeral was Tuesday at 2 p.m. at House-Gregg Funeral Home with Betty Williams and Bob Marriot officiating. Burial was in Whittaker Cemetery.
