EPPERSON, Thelma - Thelma, the little daughter of W.H. Epperson and wife, died Monday morning of this week. Her death was sudden, being due to heart disease. It was a great shock to the father and mother on account of the unexpected way death came to the little one. She was about nine years old. Funeral services were held at the home by the Rev. (from Monday's Bentonville Sun) This morning while driving from his home near the Frisco depot to the late home of his grandmother, Mrs. W.H. McLin, Will Epperson's daughter, Thelma, suddenly sank down on her seat in the carriage and became unconscious. Her father stopped the team and carried her into the home of J.B. Sommars and laid her on the couch. A physician was hurriedly called but she was dead before he arrived.
