Willene Clara McCleary Holben, 79, of Clarksville died Sunday, May 13, 2001, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.

She was a retired clerk for Southwestern Bell, a Baptist, daughter of the late James and Jeanetta Stephens McCleary, and was preceded in death by six sisters, Muriel Terrill, Hazel Sullivan, Jimmie Carroll, Catheren Butterfield, Gertrude McCleary, and Jean Epperson; and one brother, J. D. McCleary.

She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Freda and Ken Lough of Clarksville; one son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Sheryl Holben of Clarksville; five grandchildren, Don Cunningham of Clarksville, Lee Cunningham of the United States Air Force, Anthony Holben and William Holben, both of Nevada, and David Holben of California; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. Amos Pledger officiating. Burial will be in Hess Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home.
