Caroline was born in Bradley County, Tennessee; she married John Monroe Clayton 8 Nov 1867; and she died in Demun, Randolph County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Vincent Coe and Sarah unknown. She was mother of Harland Andrew Clayton.
