Eunice Ola Taylor, 85, of Paron died Friday, May 5, 2006.
She was born March 9, 1921, in Paron to Jim and Ludie Waters.
Mrs. Taylor owned and operated Taylor Grocery Store in Paron and was a member of North Fork Baptist Church in Paron.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Rena Faye Wearsch.
Survivors include her husband, the Rev. C. S. Chock Taylor of Paron; a daughter, Charline Smith of North Little Rock; two grandchildren, James A. Herring and Jason Smith and wife Susan, all of Benton; four great-grandchildren, Melanie and Bailey Herring, and Jason and Jamie Smith.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at North Fork Baptist Church, with the Revs. Marcus Blaklay and Don McCutcheson officiating. Burial will be in Fowler Cemetery. (from The Benton Courier)

Rev. Charley (Chock) Taylor age 92 of Paron died Sunday January 25, 2009. He was born August 22, 1916, in Paron. Mr. Taylor was a former School Bus Driver for Paron Schools, owner of Taylor's Grocery in Paron and was a minister for 55 years starting his ministry at North Fork Missionary Baptist Church in Paron. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Taylor, daughter, Rena Faye Wearsch, brothers, Ted, Virgil, Robert, Lewis and G. W. Taylor, sisters, Ethel Depriest, Merl Gregg, and Sarah Hill.
Survivors, daughter, Charline Smith , North Little Rock; grandsons, James A. Herring and his wife Carol, Red River, New Mexico; Jason Smith and his wife Susan, of Benton; great-grandchildren, Melanie Herring, Bailey Herring, Jason Smith Jr., and Jamie Smith.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday at North Fork Missionary Baptist Church in Paron with burial at Fowler Cemetery.
