LaVona Mae Burwell, 49, Rogers, died May 22 at Rogers Memorial Hospital. She was born May 7, 1927 in Sand Springs, Okla.
She is survived by her husband, Ernest Lee Burwell, of the home; one son, Arthur Ray Henderson of Denver, Colo.; one daughter, Mrs. Lutricia Ann Baxter, of Juneau, Alaska; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forest Combs of Centerton; two brothers, Forest Combs Jr., of Centerton, William Leroy Combs of Raytown, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. at the Bentonville Assembly of God Church with the Rev. George Clay officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Callison Funeral Home of Rogers.
