WOOLSEY, Matilda - Died near Farmington on Thursday the 14th inst. from the effects of a fall, Mrs. Matilda Woolsey, in the 80th year of her age.
Reverse of stone unable to be photographed as it is lying on the ground.
Base of stone says "WOOLSEY" on two sides.
