This is the mother of Charlie Lee Franks,she and her husband lived with their son before thier death and he took care of their burial. Charlie Lee Franks had a son Carl Lee Franks, that died the same year as his mother, Carl Lee Franks died Dec. 24, 1920 and Lillie "Wern" was born in Mississippi and died in Little River County,Arkansas, USA. Burial at Hicks Cemetery on Dec. 11,1920 undertaker W.G. Hunter of Ashdown, Arkansas. The information came from the 1920 census and the death certificate# 0806092 dated 3/7/2006.
