Edna M Briggs was the daughter of William Dodd and Felicia Ann Coleman Briggs and she was born in Yell County, Arkansas. Eli and Edna were married June 15, 1887 in Yell County, Arkansas and they had children Dora Ann, Harlan Baxter, Edward Dodd,Sr and Annie. Edna's siblings were James Patrick, Anna Elizabeth, Charles M, William Franklin, Sophronia Louisa, Levi L and Wallace D Briggs.

Annie is the daughter of Edna Briggs & Eli C Gladden.
Eli
January 26, 1861 - August 28, 1897
Eli C. Gladden was the son of Eli W and Elizabeth T Hunt Gladden and he was born in Yell County, Arkansas.
