Gilbert Verne Londagin, 73, of Gentry died Thursday, April 7, 1994, at Washington Regional Medical Center. Born Jan. 12, 1921, at Benton County, a son of Zach and Nora Setser Londagin, he was a barber and a member of Countryside Bible Church. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.

Survivors are his wife, Nadean Londagin of the home; a son, David Londagin of Bandon, Ore.; a daughter, Susan Hopper of Bandon; a stepson, Dale Russow of Decatur; a stepdaughter, Connie Lashley of Decatur; a brother, Lloyd Londagin of Decatur; a sister, Bertha Wyatt of Tulsa, Okla,; three grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral is 2 p.m. today at Wasson Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Ed Billups and Jack Austin officiating. Burial is in Decatur Cemetery, under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
