Rebecca A. Grigg, 88, of Mt. Home, died Thursday, July 4, at the Baxter Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. Grigg was a liftime resident of Baxter County.
Born in Dora, MO, on Janurary 3, 1886, Mrs. Grigg was the daughter of Bill Alexander and Annie Freeman Alexander. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ada Harris and Mrs. Gracie Lawson, both of Mt. Home; a son, Noble Acklin of Gassville; 23 granchildren, 59 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandcildren.
Services were held Monday afternoon at the Roller Chapel with the Rev. Seth Dickerson, minister of the Jehovah Witness Church, officiating. Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery under the direction of the Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Roe Whitiedld, Dean Martin, Larry Havner, Mike Harris, Gleen Greer and Junior Harris.
