McKINZIE, Chas. - (from Lowell) Chas. McKinzie, living east of town, died Saturday morning after an attack of typhoid fever. He was born in Tennessee and was 50 years old at the time of his death. He and his wife came to Lowell 2 or 3 years ago and he has been engaged in the carpenter trade. He made many friends during his short stay here and was held in the highest esteem by all who knew him. Funeral services were conducted at the home Sunday afternoon by Rev. Marmon. Burial in Goad Springs cemetery. He leaves a wife to mourn his loss.
