Married Adah E. Acklin, September 16, 1925, Calico Rock, Izard County, Arkansas.

'Ed' Henry Harris, 80, of Mt. Home died Monday (Dec 23) at Bull shoals Community Hospital.
Visitation was from 6-8PM Monday at Kirby Funeral Home. Services will be held today at 2PM at Kirby Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Home with Brother Gene Weimer officiating. Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery at Norfork with E. J. Harris, Decil Wynn, Bob Tanner, Seth Dickerson, Charles Craig and Bill Conner serving as palbearers.
Survivors include one daughter Diane Cobb of Mt. Home; two brother, Bay Harris of Melbourne and Marvin Harris of Mt. Home; two sisters, Barbara Wells and Essie Young both of Lone Rock; one grandson, Dwayne Cobb of Mt. Home. He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Ada Harris, and by his parents, Pierce and Martha Wolf Harris.
Mr. Harris was born March 20, 1905 at McPherson, AR. He married Adah E. Acklin September 16, 1926 at Calico Rock and worked as a carpenter. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a member of the Jehovah Witness Church South Congregation.
