Daughter of William Franklin Acklin & Rebbeca A. Alexander Acklin.
Married Ed Henry Harris, September 16, 1925, Calico Rock, Izard County, Arkansas.

Ada (sic) E. Harris, 74, of Mt. Home died Saturday at the Baxter County Regional Hospital.
A lifetime resident of the area, she was born April 27, 1919, at Dora, MO.
The daughter of the late Rebecca Alexander and William F. Acklin, she is survived by her husband Ed Harris. They were married Sep 16, 1926, at Calico Rock.
She is survived by a daughter, Diann Cobb of Mt. Home, a brother Noble Acklin of Whiteville, and a sister Grace Lawson of Mt. Home, one grandson and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness, South Congregation at Mt. Home.
Services will be held at 10AM tomorrow at Kirby Funeral Home Chapel, brother Michael Tim Jones officiating. Visitation will be 5-8PM today at the Kirby Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Galatia Cemetery, Norfork.
Pallbearers will be Roe Whitfield, Gene Weimer, Joe Harris, E.J. Harris, Dean Martin and Decil Wynn.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral Directors.
