Vera Fay Sutterfield, 58, of Salem passed away Friday, April 8, 2005, at Baxter Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Sutterfield was born May 22, 1946, at Jordan to Wayne and Leola Loosey Young. She was a homemaker.
Survivors are her husband, Johnny Sutterfield of the home; a son, Randy (Kelli) Sutterfield of Spring Hill, KS; daughters, Rhonda (Bryan) Dearddoff and Lillie (Harvey) Hall, all of Mt. Home, and Christy Crott of Salem; brothers Steve (Jennifer) Young and David (Trisha) Young, all of Calico Rock, a Lynn Young of Norfork; sisters, Shirley (Matthew) Sutterfiled of Oxford, Elsie (Benny) Lynch of Joplin, MO and Erman Young of Salem; eight grandchildren, Christopher, Cortney and Chelsea Hall, Brandon Sutterfield, Kyle and Bryanna Deardoff and Ashley and Andrea Jones; and a host of nieces and nepehws. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Joseph Hayes Sutterfield.
The family would like to extend special thanks to its adopted sister, Bobbie Woods, for her love, compassion and help.
Visitation will be from noon-9PM Sunday at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends fro 6-8PM.
A funeral will be 2PM Monday at Old Galatia Chrich with Seth Dickerson officiating. Interment will follow at Galatia Centery.
