April 28, 1955 - January 12, 1975
Bruce Edward Reddin, 19, of 1322 Willow Lane, died in a little Rock hospital as a result of injuries received in a motorcycle accident that occurred Nov. 22, on main and College. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today at the Ebenezer Baptist Church with the Rev. Doyne Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in Ernest Cemetery near Hampton under direction of Young's. He was born April 28, 1955 in Oakland, Cal. and was the son of Dorris Jean Mitchell and Charles Edward Reddin. Survivors include his mother and father both of El Dorado; one brother, Michael Wayne Reddin of El Dorado; one sister, Pamela Jean Reddin of El Dorado; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Dellie Mitchell of El Dorado. The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m and the family will be at the Raymond Reddin residence, 801 S. Jackson Ave. Active pallbearers will be Sid Rieger, Roy Murphy, Dwayne Skinner, Robert Brewer, Kenneth Defee and Robert Campbell. (El Dorado News-Times - January 14, 1975)
