Little Genivie Fletcher, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andy Flectcher, departed this life April the 8th at 9:20 o’clock a.m. She was 18 months and four days old.
She leaves behind to mourn their loss her parents and three brothers and one sister, Everette, Dean, Dennis and Nonalay; two grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Clements; four uncle and five aunts; a lot more relatives and a host of friends to mourn her departure. ‘Tis our lost but ‘tis Heavens gain. How much, oh, how much, we would have liked to kept her with us! But God sent His Death Angel and took her out of her pain.
Funeral services were held at the home of her parents and was conducted by the Rev. Hendrickson, pastor of the Nazarene Church of Hiwasse. Burial was made in the Mount Pleasant cemetery.
You are gone, our precious darling baby.
You have left us here all alone,
But by faith we see you standing
Beside Jesus on the throne.
Yes, she is gone, our little darling.
Here her face we’ll see no more;
But we know you are safely landed
On that beautiful golden shore
