MRS. PEARMAN’S FUNERAL WAS HELD AT MT. PLEASANT
Funeral services for Mrs. Rosa C. Hampton Pearman, aged 74 years, seven months and 27 days, widow of the late James B. Pearman, who died at her home near Centerton, this county, Wednesday, Feb. 12th, 1936, were held on Thursday, the 13th, at Mount Pleasant cemetery.
Rosa C. Hampton was born in Garyson County, Virginia, on July 15th, 1861. She joined the Baptist Church and was baptized when a small girl and ever since has lived a beautiful Christian life.
She was united in marriage with James B. Pearman who departed this life on Nov. 27, 1931. To them were born nine children, five of whom have preceded her in death.
Those surviving are two sons and two daughters. They are Ernest Pearman of Bentonville and Frank Pearman of Seneca, Neb. and Mrs. Harry Clark of Bentonville and Mrs. T.J. Burton of Gravette, Ark. Besides these there are other relatives and many friend to mourn her going.
