GRAVETTE — Betty Carnahan, 52, of Gravette died Aug. 10, 2000, at her home.
She was born Sept. 7, 1947, in Siloam Springs to Ernest and Lizzie Bouyear Hartley.
She was a life resident of the Gravette area and was employed by Tyson's Krispy Kitchens in Bentonville.
She enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Survivors include her husband, Garlen Carnahan, to whom she was married Sept. 5, 1982; four daughters, Teresa Sayers of Gentry, Debra Parker of Gravette, Vickie Oxford of Fayetteville and Ruth Hardy of Gravette; two brothers, Charlie Hartley of Noel, Mo., and Ernest "Junior" Hartley of West Maysville, Okla.; two sisters, Thelma Bryson of Gentry and Shirley Greer of Gravette; her mother of Gravette; nine grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hiwasse with Raymond Scott officiating.
Cremation arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Service in Gravette.
