Mrs. Linnie Todd McKay, 62, of Locust Bayou, died early Monday morning in a Camden hospital. She was the widow of William L. McKay, and a member of the Locust Bayou Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Leo Wright of Crossett, Mrs. Jimmy Taylor, Pine Bluff, Mrs. Troy Crawford, Bearden; three brothers, Arthur and Henry Todd of Locust Bayou and Robert Todd of Camden; three sisters, Mrs. Catherine Ward and Mrs. George Riggs of Locust Bayou and Mrs. Leroy Blann of El Dorado; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at Locust Bayou Baptist Church on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with burial in Lakeside Cemetery by Proctor Funeral Home. (Camden News - September 12, 1971)
