Mrs. Mary M. Showers, 89, of Gravette, died Oct. 23 in a Gravette nursing home. Born Dec. 31, 1888, at Sulphur Springs, she was the daughter of James and Nancy Wilson Edmisten and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sister-in- law, Mrs. Helen Baker, several nephews, nieces and stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Brittian officiating. Burial will be in Lee Cemetery under the direction of Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
