Born Big Flat, Baxter County, Arkansas, October 7, 1872.
Died Bauxite, Saline County, Arkansas, February 12, 1968.
She and James C. Perry were the parents of seven sons and three daughters. All of the children, except for one son, were still living at the time of Mary L. Cook Perry's death.
