Ernest the son of Sam and Emily Cook. Lucille the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Bertie (Stevens) Sheets.

Mrs. Lucille Cook, 88, of Jacksonville, formerly of Walnut Ridge, died Saturday at the Spring Creek Living Center in Cabot.
A native of Walnut Ridge, she was a homemaker, a past worthy matron of the Rainbow Chapter No. 304, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Walnut Ridge and a member of the Evergreen General Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Cook of Jacksonville and Ernest Cook Jr. of Heber Springs; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Cook, and one daughter.
Funeral services will be at 2 Tuesday afternoon at Bryan Funeral Home in Hoxie, with Steve Trail officiating. Burial will be in Lawrence Memorial Park.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 Monday evening at the funeral home.
