The body of Mrs. Mary Middleton, who died in Springfield, Mo. May 15, arrived here Saturday morning and funeral services were conducted at the M.E. Church, South by the pastor, Dr. McGlumphy. Interment was made in the family burying ground south of the city. The Democrat extends sincere condolence to the children in this bereavement.

Rev. R.E.L. Bearden of Morrillton, former pastor of the M.E. Church, South at this place, was called here to officiate at the funeral of Mrs. Mary Middleton. His host of friends here were delighted to meet him again.
