Mrs. Emma L. Hunter died Sunday afternoon at her home in the Droke community. She was 47 years old and had been an invalid for many years. Funeral services were held at the home Monday afternoon and burial in the Hart Cemetery. Emma Sawrey Hunter was born November 24, 1887 and was married to Joe T. Hunter October 19, 1904. To this union was born nine children, five dying in infancy. She is survived by her husband, Joe T. Hunter, and four daughters, Jodie and Alice Hunter of the home, Mrs. Jordan Reddick of Bentonville and Miss Delphin Hunter of Pocatello, Idaho, also by her mother, Mrs. A.B. Sawrey
