MOSIER, Charles A. - Charles A. Mosier died at his home in the valley northeast of Gravette Sunday evening. For three months he has fought a battle with pneumonia, during which time an operation on his lungs was performed. He seemed to be rallying but succumbed to a bad heart attack. Charlie Mosier was a fine citizen, American every inch, and a man whom everyone admired. He came to Benton county at the age of 18 and had resided on the farm where he died ever since, and was nearing his 70th birthday. His first wife died some years ago. Three of six children by this union survive: James Mosier, Mrs. Lou Eldridge and Miss Byrd Mosier. He also leaves his second wife and many other relatives. The funeral was held at the Baptist church below Sulphur Springs Thursday.
