RUMLEY, Robert - Yesterday after the Walnut Hill items were in type and in the paper, we received a special message from our correspondent there with the following: A very sad accident occurred in our vicinity Tuesday evening about six o'clock. Robert and Fred Rumley spied a rabbit near their place and both wanted to shoot it. Fred got the gun and cocked it when Robert took hold of the muzzle and jerked it with the result that the gun went off, shooting Robert in the abdomen. He died about two hours later. The boys are sons of Houston Rumley and are about 14 and 16 years of age.
