Southwest Cily, Mo. - John Wesley Rogers, 67, died Sunday at his home. He was born Aug. 14, 1896 in Madison County, the son of John and Lannie Drain Rogers and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include the widow, Maggie of the home; one daughter, Rosella Paschall of Fayetteville; one brother, Jimmy of Wichita, Kan.; six sisters, Estell Ball of Haskell, Okla., Mary Miller of Wasco, Calif., Mellissie Fields of Lebanon, Mo., Ida Byford of Goshen, Nola Woodard of Lincoln and Tina Samples of Huntsville.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Christ in Southwest City. Burial in the Grace Cemetery near Japton under direction or the Downey - Woodard - Mooney Funeral Home.

Southwest City, Mo. — Funeral services for John Wesley Rogers, 67, who died at his home here Sunday, were held this morning at the Church of Christ. Graveside services were scheduled for this afternoon at Cross Cemetery near Japton under the direction of Downey - Woodard Mooney Funeral Home. Mr Roger was born Aug. 14, 1896 in Madison County, the son of John and Lannie Drain Rogers, and was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include the widow, Maggie, of the home; a daughter, Rosella Paschall, Fayetteville; a brother, Jimmy, Wichita, Kan. and six sisters, Mrs. Estell Ball, Haskell, Okla., Mrs. Mary Miller, Wasco, Calif., Mrs. Melissie Fields, Lebanon, Mo., Mrs. Ida Byford, Goshen, Mrs. Nola Woodard, Lincoln and Mrs. Tina Samples, Huntsville.
