Dr. James Phillip Frach was born June 27, 1939, and died June 22, 2002. He was married to Bobby Willard for 30 years; they had five children. She survived him, and has since remarried. Jim Frach served in the Green Berets during the Vietnam Era, and was a former Little Rock police officer. He lived in the Little Rock area prior to moving to Morrilton. He was a member of the Morrilton Lions Club.
