She and William Wood were the parents of two sons: Loranzy Z. & Granville E. She and William Lafayette "Doc" Caststeel were the parents of one daughter Nellie (married Ralph Perry).

Funeral services for Mrs. Arizona Bell Caststeel, 84, lifetime resident of Lone Rock, who died Tuesday at her home, will be held today at 2PM in the Burnt Schoolhouse with the Rev J.R. Newman officiating. Burial will be in the Burnt Schoolhouse Cemetery with Roller Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Caststeel was born in Baxter County September 10, 1873, and spent her entire live in this county. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include four sons, Henry Caststeel of Mt. Home, Riley Caststeel of California, Lonzo Woods of Lone Rock and Grandial Woods of Gordon; a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Perry of Lone Rock; two sisters, Mrs. Claude Brantley of Oklahoma and Mrs. George Mayberry of California; and two brothers, Carvie Adams and Rex Adams, both of Oklahoma.
