Oscar Floyd Stovall son of Andrew Jackson Stovall and Andrew Jackson Stovall and Nancy Adelaide (Williams) Stovall. Thirsa Avis (Brightwell) Stovall daughter of Benjamin Orvil "Ben O" Brightwell and Florence M (Norris) Beach Brightwell.

IMBODEN — Oscar Floyd Stovall, 96, of Imboden, died Thursday, Oct. 11, at the residence of a daughter in Imboden. Born at Evening Shade, he was a retired printer for the Ozark Journal in Imboden. He was a former member of the Imboden City Council, the Imboden Fire Department and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Dale Stovall of Helena; a daughter, Barbara Woods of Imboden; a brother, Austin Stovall of Imboden; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thirsa Avis Brightwell Stovall, a daughter, two brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services have been scheduled for 2 p.m., Sunday at the Imboden Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery at Imboden under the direction of Bryan Funeral Home of Imboden.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
