Sallie J. Ford Fuller died Jan 27, 2000 at Good Samaritan Village. She was 91.
She was born Oct 20, 1908 in Henderson to Ed and Minnie Langston Ford. She married Fred Fuller, July 5, 1925, on the ferry on the river in Stone County. She worked as a nurse's aide at a nursing home in Wichita, Kansas. She moved from Kansas City, MO to Norfork in 1975 and was a member of the Galatia Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and flowers.
Mrs. Fuller is survived by two sons, Bob Fuller and wife, Vera, of Norfork and George Fuller and wife, Mary, of Liberty, MO; three daughters, Dixie Hickman and husband, Basil, of Monkey Run, Elsie Strong and husband, John, of Norfork and Judy Greer and husband, Glenn, of Mt. Home; two sisters, Lorean Dillinger of Norfork and Della Hopper and husband, Don, of Kennet, MO; 23 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one daughter, two grandsons and one great grandson.
Visitation will be noon-9PM today at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8PM.
A funeral service will be 10AM Saturday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gene Carson officiating. Burial will be in Norfork Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
