Dr. Robert Jones McCracken, 52, of 11829 Flushing Drive, Bridgeton, MO, an osteopath, died Friday at St. Louis.
Funeral services were held Monday at 2PM at the Norfork Cemetery with Bro Doyle Davenport of Yellville officiating. Graveside Masonic rites were conducted by member of Adams Masonic Lodge No. 164 of Norfork. The McClure Service was in charge of final arrangements.
Pallbearers were Vero Hall, George Collins, Howard Oliver, Zion Small, Howard Wood and Orville Lackey.
Dr. McCracken, a native of Wheeling, WV, was born Feb 17, 1912. He was the son of Robert Jay McCracken and the late Edith Kay Jones McCracken. He was married to the former Vivian Simpson of Norfork and was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Ohio Masonic Lodge No. 1, AF&M, of Wheeling and the Royal Arch of the Masonic Lodge No. 1 of St. Louis.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vivian McCracken, of Bridgeton, MO; two sons, Robert of Enid, OK and Mark of Fort Campbell, KY; one grandchild; his father, Robert Jay McCracken of Wheeling; two brothers, Charles McCracken of Madison, IN and Harry McCracken of Indianapolis, IN and a sister Mrs. Elwood Huss of Long Beach, CA.
