James Harvey McGough, 62, of 1302 N. Mosby St., died Monday afternoon in a local hospital. Born in Lawson, Oct. 21, 1905, he was the son of Thomas and Grace Kelly McGough. He was a retired U. S. Army sergeant, having served in World War II and the Korean War; a master mason, Champagnolle Lodge No. 666, F&AM, and a member of Rhoades Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Mrs. Clayton V. Ing, Dallas, Tex.; two brothers, Thomas J. McGough, Lee's Summit, Mo., and Phillip McGough, Lake Village; and three sisters, Mrs. James B. Mullins, Lake Village and Mrs. Barney W. Sullivant and Mrs. Hughie Willoughby, both of El Dorado. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Rhodes Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. John Wesley Rushing, Rev. Ralph S. Mann, and Rev. Howell Tarver officiating. Burial will be in Rhodes Chapel Cemetery by Young's. There will be a flag presentation at the graveside.
