Locust Bayou - Mrs. Annie Mae Hollis, aged 66, of Locust Bayou (Calhoun County) wife of Doyle Hollis, died Saturday. She was retired welfare director for Calhoun County. Other survivors are her son, John T. Simmermacher of Hampton, her mother, Mrs. Mittie Watson of Hampton, three brothers, Bill Watson of Hope, Tom Watson of Lavaca and Hubert Watson of Tinsman, two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Higgs of Locust Bayou and Mrs. Mittie Barnett of Pine Bluff, and a grandchild. Funeral was Monday by Proctor Funeral Home of Camden.
