Tina B. Simmons McClain age 58 of Warren, AR, died Wednesday, February 1st, 2017 at St. Vincent's Infirmary in Little Rock, AR. She was born February, 27th 1958 in Warren, AR a daughter of the late Harry Leslie Simmons and Carrie Sue Hamaker Simmons. She was a 20 plus year employee with the Arkansas Department of Health. She was a member of the Wagnon United Methodist Church and a graduate of the Banks Public School System where she was a member of the Banks Cubs cheerleader squad. She was also proceeded in death by brothers Leslie Wayne Simmons, and Randy Simmons.

Survivors include her husband, David McClain whom she married September 2, 1977 in Banks, AR.
2 sons Cory McClain and fiancé Amber Cummings, Warren, AR. and Josh McClain and spouse Ashley, Stuttgart, AR. A brother Ralph Simmons, Warren, AR. A sister Brenda Simmons Jones and spouse Ron, Pine Bluff, AR. 6 grandchildren Jake McClain, Seth McClain and Gunner McClain, Kalie McClain, Sky McClain and Aubrey McClain.

Funeral services were 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 4th at Frazer's Funeral Home with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Brian Erwin, Mark Tillman, Kendell Rauls, Danny Carter, Mike Costello, Chris Jones and Chris Penny. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Joe H. Wharton, Ronnie Jones, Billy Jarvis and Larry Reppond.
