Mr. John T. Brown, age 72 of Texarkana, Arkansas formerly of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Thursday December 13, 2018 at his home. He was born January 5, 1946 in Prescott, Arkansas to J.C. and Elathy Nadene Pruitt Brown. He was a retired accountant for Red River Army Depot and served in the Army where he fought in the Vietnam war. He was also of Baptist faith. He is preceded in death by his parents, a step-son Bobby Ken Brown, a brother James C. Brown, and a sister Carrie Jane Duncan.

Survivors include his loving wife Ronda Brown of Texarkana, AR, a son John T. Brown Jr. wife Brenda of Navarre, FL, two brothers, Gary Brown wife Teresa of Prescott, AR, Ricky wife Ramona of Hope, AR, a brother-in-law Jim Duncan, a sister-in-law Martha Brown, a grandchild Susanna G. Brown, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Saturday, December 15, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish 1196 HWY 371 West Prescott, Arkansas 71857.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 16, 2018 at BRAZZEL/Cornish with Bro. Neil Ridling officiating. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are with BRAZZEL/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott, Eddie BRAZZEL, Director.
