When Edythe L Ramsey was born on December 11, 1915, in Newport, Arkansas, her father, William, was 41, and her mother, Ida, was 35. She married E Connell Ramsey on July 14, 1933. They had three children during their marriage. She died on November 19, 1982, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 66.
