Mr. Charles Edward Russell, 80, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2024 in Texarkana, Texas. Charles was born May 21, 1944, in Minden, Louisiana, to the late Berlin Russell and Viola Casey Russell.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife of 48 years, Carolyn Russell; one son, Mark Russell; one sister, Linda Crane; and one brother, David Russell.
