William Harvey Haynes, 73, of Oklahoma City, Okla., died Nov. 18 in a
Bethney, Okla. hospital.
He was born June 1912(?) at Pike. He had been a resident of Fort
Smith, Ark., for many years and was employed by the Covey Furniture
Manufacturing Co. He was a member of the Methodist Church and a 32-degree
Mason.
Survivors include three daughters, Kathryn Johnson of Short, Okla.,
Mary of Oklahoma City and Jeannie of Hiedelsburg, West Virginia; a son,
Buddy of Edmund, Okla.; a brother, Clark M. Boley of Van Buren, Ark.; a
sister, Mary A. Fant of Fort Smith, Ark.; eight grandchildren; six great-
grandchildren; three nieces and seven nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances, of 44 years; his
parents and grandparents.

Funeral and burial services were held Nov 22 at the Woodlawn Memorial
Park Grdens at Fort Smith. The Rev. Bill Merritt officiated.
