*When Franklin Lavern Scrimshire was born on June 25, 1910, in Dallas, Arkansas, his father, James, was 42 and his mother, Annie, was 34. He married Elsie Ann Tate on March 10, 1932, in Hot Spring, Arkansas. They had one child during their marriage. He died on July 20, 1998, in Benton, Arkansas, at the age of 88, and was buried in Alexander, Arkansas.
When Elsie Ann Tate was born on March 31, 1904, in New Madrid, Missouri, her father, Henry, was 36, and her mother, Alice, was 22. She married Edgar Eugene Elder and they had three children together. She then married Franklin Lavern Scrimshire and they had one daughter together. She died on October 4, 1994, in Benton, Arkansas, at the age of 90, and was buried in Alexander, Arkansas.
Edgar Eugene Elder was born on August 29, 1890, in Dalark, Arkansas. He married Elsie Ann Tate on October 15, 1919. They had three children during their marriage. He died on January 15, 1931, in El Dorado, Arkansas, at the age of 40, and was buried in Dallas, Arkansas.
