Wanda Sue Lowery Jolley, 71, of Junction City, Arkansas, entered her Heavenly home on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at Baptist Health Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, following a brief illness.
She was born on July 7, 1944, to William Arthur and Sadie Graves Lowery in El Dorado, Arkansas.
She spent most of her working life as an office manager for Rainer Office Machines. She was a long-time member of East Main Baptist Church where she loved serving her Lord. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, always putting her family and others before herself. She was a precious friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Bill and Foxey Lowery; and one sister Voncille Reed.
She is survived by the love of her life and childhood sweetheart, Hubert Glen Jolley. They were blessed with 53 precious years of marriage in which they spent very little time apart - usually where you saw one you saw the other; one daughter, Angelia Sewell (Wayne) of El Dorado; two sons, Greg Jolley (Ronda) and Todd Jolley, both of Junction City; grandchildren, Trent, Payton and Clay Jolley, Jaden Jolley, and Preston and Tanner Sewell; two brothers, Robert and Donny Lowery; and one sister, Pat Davis.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Young's.
A celebration of Wanda's life will be Saturday, November 28th at 2:00 p.m. at East Main Baptist Church with Rev. Benjy McCann and Rev. Brian Thomas officiating.
Burial will follow in Jolley Cemetery under the direction of Young's.
