William "Bill" Hancock, 77, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, entered into rest on Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR.
He was born July 24, 1935 in Wagoner, Oklahoma the son of the late William and Myrtle Hancock.
He was a retired Cook for Wyatts Cafeteria, former Employee of St. Edward Mercy Medical Center and Bill Hancock Yard Care, and an Air Force Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his son, Butch Hancock.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Millie, daughter, Kim Wiley of Tulsa, OK, son, Robbie Hancock of Colorado, three step daughters, Connie Bergeson of Fort Smith, Jan Smith of Van Buren, and Jean Cousins of Fort Smith, step son, Jack Green of Long, Oklahoma, brother, John Hancock of Muskogee, Ok, seven grandchildren eight step grandchildren and thirteen step great grandchildren and one step great great granddaughter.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Lewis Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith with interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Fort Smith.

December 25, 1928 - November 23, 2023
Millie Hancock, 94, passed away November 23, 2023 in Fort Smith. She was born December 25, 1928 in Muldrow, OK to Loyd Lee Butcher and Cora Faye (Howell) Butcher.
She was a member of Northside Baptist Church, and she enjoyed gardening and dancing.
Millie was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Hancock.
She is survived by her daughters, Connie Bergeson and husband Don of Fort Smith, LaJean Cousins of Fort Smith, and LaJan Smith and husband Harold of Van Buren; her son, Jackie Green and wife Rhonda of Long, OK; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 5 – 7 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
