Dorothy Faye Garner, 72, of Junction City, AR passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Medical Center of South Arkansas.
Born July 7, 1942, in Union County, AR, she was the daughter of Kelley & Ida Sandifer Garner. Dorothy was a homemaker, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Marcell Smith, and Vernell Tanton; good friend and companion, Howard McGowen.
Survivors are her sister, Idell Waller of Junction City; one brother, Julius Garner (Jean); special cousin, Juanita Bryant (W.L.) of Junction City; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 P.M. tonight at Young's Funeral Directors.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, November 28, 2014, at Jolley Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors with Rev. R.L. Dison, Jr. officiating.
