October 15, 1921 - January 28, 2004
Dorothy Marie Hamilton, 82, of Van Buren died Wednesday, January 28, 2004, in a local hospital. She was born October 15, 1921 in Mena to William S. Bodine and Anna E. Turner Bodine. She was a retired real estate agent, she attended the Gospel Rescue Mission in Van Buren, she was a member of the Van Buren Art Center, R.S.V.P., Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Embroidery Guild. She was preceded in death by her son Gene of Spiro.
Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 31, 2004, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Smith.
She is survived by a daughter, a daughter-in-law, a sister, five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
